the first visit went great. they were able to fit me in at a short notice. they were kind and helpful. the nurse kayla was very sweet and gentle with my sweet dory girl. she was good at listening to our concerns and being understanding. she was awesome. i had a great experience!

Everybody here is so helpful and nice! The doctors are amazing and have taken very good care of my dog. I couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else!

After 4 visits to a few other vet's in my area getting no answers or real help; Pet Clinic OF Rocky Mount got Zoro to the actual vet he needed. 6 months later they started having the same I don't give a crap attitude and it's MONEY DRIVEN. I was forced to give a dying cat a rabies shot. They had no compassion for Zoro's situation and wouldn't allow me to go back with him. They also started an argument in the lobby with me about the rabies shots and listed Zoro as dangerous. VETERINARIANS ARE NOT VETS ANY LONGER; THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE TREATING PEOPLE AND ACT LIKE ANIMALS SHOULD UNDERSTAND .

I can't say enough good things about the clinic and Dr. Lorenz. I was referred by my dad after my dog had torn his knee. The process was so smooth, and he had an amazing fast recovery. Every person I interacted with on the phone and in person were very sweet and kind to my dog and I. You don't find service like this very often which is unfortunate. The office was able to work with us since we lived four hours away but I couldn't beat the price offered for the procedure. They are worth every mile of my drive!! They will be my go to in the future and would recommend to anybody who's pup needs this type of procedure :-). Update: one year later and it’s safe to say they fixed my dogs knee very well lol!!

I personally want to thank all of the staff for going above and beyond the customer service I was given today. Not only did I take my dog in to have a knot looked at today, they worked him in for surgery. They stayed in touch with me all day and the communication was great! I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet in Rocky Mount to definitely give them my call!
