Big Lick CF has been a home for me in high school, through my collegiate athletic career, and for years since! These folks were at HS games cheering, graduations, and my wedding. A true community, in which real health and fitness can be formed.

I have been a member of BLCF since 2018, best decision I ever made was to walk through these doors. The CrossFit methodology has increased my energy and strength as well as my confidence in all areas of life. Thankful for this community!

Been going to BLCF for years and have always loved it - such an amazing sense of community with excellent coaching staff that are super knowledgeable!! Also love that there are multiple scaling options for any and all movements which make it a great workout for people of all fitness levels!!!

Big Lick Crossfit has been a wonderful experience for me. I was always incredibly intimidated to try Crossfit and pushed it off for years, but from the very first moment I entered Big Lick's gym to try it out, I knew that it would be the perfect fit for me. Every one of the coaches have been incredibly positive and supportive every step of the way, and the community itself has been phenomenal. Everyone comes from all walks of life and fitness levels, and everyone is welcomed here and will find a workout that challenges them and meets their needs.
If you were like me ten months ago, reading reviews online trying to figure out if Crossfit was right for you entering into the new year, take a free class here and try it out. You'll definitely find a great workout in an incredibly supportive and fun environment-- but who knows? You might even change your life.

EDITED: After participating in CrossFit for 5+ years now, visiting many different gyms in my travels for work, while slightly biased I do believe Big Lick has as good a community and team of coaches as any gym I have visited across the country. If you haven't dropped for 5:30pm FitAid Happy Hour you are doing yourself a disservice.
Our time at Big Lick has been very enjoyable and very challenging all at the same time. Coaches have been very supportive and helpful as we develop new skills. Variety of workouts has been amazing. We truly look forward to the workouts posting each Sunday and find ourselves waiting for them.
