The only reason I only gave 3 stars was the technician on the video conference was not professional. She did not take the time to listen and understand what I was telling her. She treated me as if I was below her and I was wasting her time. She was definitely not customer oriented. Laura and Dr. Bentley were exceptional. Kudos to them.

Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ensured all my questions were answered either by them (Laura & Jay) or by a doctor/tech. The 2 people who helped me both raved about their boss, who wasn't there during my first appointment. It appears he's created a great working environment and they both seemed excited about their jobs (YAY for eyes & glasses vibe). I got to check off an errand/healthcare item while my husband shopped and ended up feeling great the rest of the day due to interacting with such lovely people.

BJs Optical is quick. Both in setting appointment time and performance of the job.They were great about confirming my appointment in a timely manner. They are professional and friendly. Best of all, it is a small office so it isn't crowded with a wait for each aspect of the service.

The tech was very nice and detail oriented. I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and have never had a process like this to ensure the measurements and fit were right. I've only been wearing them for 4 days and still adjusting but the service was great.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Made an appointment process took about and hour. Glasses were ready for pick up in 3 days not used to that time frame since Johnson and Curran made me wait almost two weeks. Got a deal buy one get other frame free. Adorable for self pay.
