Ryan is my first experience with a trainer and honestly any kind of gym experience. I was instantly at ease and every session is fun and time seems to fly by. He’s always encouraging and supportive and never felt pressured. He takes an incredible amount of time to see where you are physically and mentally/emotionally. It feels more like a whole life training coach than just a fitness coach. The mental health benefits alone are worth the time and effort. If you need someone to help you get started and be accountable to he does these things for me. The space is also beautiful and feels very safe and calm.

Ryan is wonderful. He challenges me, and he puts a lot of thought into my sessions to address my limitations and weaknesses. He changes my sessions up every time, to keep things fresh and to hit every muscle group. When I came in with an injury, he seamlessly adjusted our session on the fly. He's always positive and optimistic, and so great to work with. His credentials and experience are impressive. I'm very grateful that I found him.

Ryan has created a very welcoming and personalized space to explore fitness and wellness activities for ANY body. Circuit training, strength training, movement clinics core and yoga classes to choose from and it's actually affordable!

I have been working out at Camp Victory for a year and a half. Ryan listened to my reasons for wanting to work out, get in better shape, feel better, and improve my physical health. And that is what we’ve accomplished! My insulin intake improved from 32 units per night, to 8! I have lost pounds and inches, improved my stamina, balance, and overall health. Ryan is as committed to helping me achieve my goals and continue my journey, as I am. I have found success at Camp Victory, and with Ryan, that I have not come close to finding otherwise.

We started off with Ryan when we were looking for a trainer who was a good fit for our son who has some special needs. Ryan looked at him as a whole person and treated him with respect while working to meet his fitness goals. The rapport that came from the working relationship led me to become a client as well.
My personal goals of functional fitness as I approach 50 years old are being met because Ryan works with me as a client to identify challenges and rather than sidestep physical issues, we work in a complimentary way to strengthen injuries and work toward maintaining mobility. I consider Ryan a friend but he also is able to maintain a professional approach. I believe this is due to his passion for knowledge, open mind to change things as they evolve and his depth of expertise in physical training. We spend a fair amount of time discussing stress and take a wholistic approach to mind/body /life balance. Ryan has stood by me patiently as I have fought to achieve strength and conditioning goals only to be knocked down by illness time and time again. I am learning that you have to keep moving, even if it means taking a pause, reframing your outlook or starting at square one again. I am also gaining perspective form another point of view about what success is. Left on my own, I would not be aware of the gains I've made and the benefits to my life through working out with Ryan. If you are critical of yourself like I am, it can be easy to fail to see your own progress. I am grateful for the time I get to spend working out and the accountability having a personal trainer brings and I would not want to do it with any other person. Thank you Ryan.
