My husband has been to this facility 2 times both times has waited in excruciating pain for well over 4 hours just to be seen. The first time we walked in there's blood all over the floor then there were bed bugs found on the waiting chairs. Not only that we waited for 4 hours and never got seen and left just to get a bill for $70 and my husband never got seen or treated? Total BS. Not to mention he went back a second time still with the same issue just wants to have some type of relief from the pain and actually be seen and treated. He hasn't been able to eat due to the pain. Waited even longer made him pee in a cup when he first got there and help that same cup for hours did an ultra sound and still hasn't been roomed and is sitting there still with his cup of pee. Weren't they supposed to collect it when he first did it? Why is he holding it himself in the waiting room is beyond me. If I could give this hospital a 0 for cleanliness, service, and professionalism then I would. Worse hospital we have ever been to. He could be dead in the waiting area and still would never find out because they won't come out and call anyone back🤦

Spent the past Friday evening here as an out of towner with my 5 year old. While our wait was a little long, the care was fast and wonderful. All of the staff were great with our little guy. PA Valerie and nurse Lindsey were THE BEST!

I will give them a star for being friendly. They were not busy when we arrive. The floors were dirty. They were very slow. 10 hrs to get a CT no real diagnosis and shipped off to RMH who was very busy but I got answers of what my problem was in half the time. Half a day here for basically nothing. Half a day at RMH to figure out was was wrong and get treatment. Only spent the night to get observation Hope to never go back to Centra

Shout out to Bedford ER! I was just there the other day for a torn meniscus. Total time from walk-in (Hobbel) to walk out.... 4 hours ! The doctors and nurses were very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Bedford ER to anybody that has emergency room needs.

Took my 10 month old son there with a 102 5 fever took them over and hour to give him meds. And then we waited over 2 hours for no one to come see him . Worst hospital there is then get told to speak to he head nurse waited over 35 mins for no one to show up. Will not go there anymore with my children . What kind of hospital let's and infent wait that long with a fever. It's a shame . One very unhappy mom
