The first visit was for repairs after I ran over a tire, using my insurance. While the repair work itself wasn’t terrible, the lack of communication from their end caused significant delays. I found myself having to constantly call for updates, rather than receiving proactive customer service that would’ve expedited the process.
The second time, my spouse was involved in a collision with a deer, and we sought a quote for the repairs. The front desk person provided completely inaccurate information about how our auto insurance would work. As a licensed insurance agent myself, I was not only disappointed by the misinformation but also by the unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, we were told there were no parts available for my spouse’s Ford Escape, despite those parts being readily available. After further questioning, it became clear that we were being turned away simply because we mentioned paying out of pocket. This felt both frustrating and dishonest.
The final straw came today. Our vehicle manufacturer requested two separate quotes for repainting to process a claim. I made an appointment, took time off work, and arrived only to be told they wouldn’t provide a quote. The reason? Apparently, they didn’t believe a second quote was necessary, and I was instructed to return to the dealership. (keep in mind they had not provided a bid at all)
In conclusion, this business has been consistently non-communicative, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had my vehicle repaired by Certified, when I first got it home I left a great review, however, I did not notice the grill, which on my model is two pieces, the hood and front, was askew. I took it back, came to pick it up, and it still wasn’t right so left it there. I got it back yesterday and it is not 100%, but was told it was the best they could do. Tony was wonderful, but I am disappointed they didn’t get it to 100%.

The lovely staff at this shop are so nice and friendly, they were very helpful in every way, answered all of our questions and gave us an exact time frame and stuck to it. They did a spectacular job, our car looks brand new! They even went as far as detailing inside and outside as well! We were very pleased with the customer service and the work! Hopefully we won’t have to but if we do they will be our repair shop from now on! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Tony, made the process of getting my damage repaired quick and easy. Once the repairs were completed you couldn't even tell it was repainted or repaired. If you are in need of collision repair, I highly suggest dropping you vehicle off with this team of experts. The staff is super friendly and make the process of getting repair work done enjoyable.
