The last two times I’ve been here the bartender has been one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met.. I’ve tried to be respectful and I was greeted with immediate hostility and disrespect from the time I’ve walked in… (8/4/24) Idk who she is, but she’s the reason I won’t be returning to this establishment has deterred me from recommending this bar to anybody I know!

I do like your establishment and would love to come to future shows you have, but the only reason I won't be coming back is due to the fact that you allow smoking inside your facility. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and so being there was kind of hell for me. I kept having to go outside for fresh air. Even the band members were complaining about trying to play on stage with no fresh air. I truly think it would be best for your company to have a designated smoking area. Weather that be a room all to itself just for that or make the bar area the smoking area. That way those who do not smoke or have allergies can enjoy bands too. The smokers are the ones who choose to do that, so they should have to be the ones to go outside or to a designated smoking area. Also, your bartender has a very bad attitude and is pretty rude with anything she says. She also doesn't know how to make most drinks. It seems like all she wants to do is pour people a jack and coke or hand them a beer and ask for anything more substantial than that gets you a dirty dumbfounded look and a hateful attitude. This place needs new owners.

I was once turned back because I showed my passport since I left my ID at home and they didn't accept it since it wasn't a US passport & ignored the green card (I'm a permanent resident and was waiting on a driver's license replacement in the mail).
The service has never been consistent for me, with bartender(s) prioritizing their buddies and keeping conversation with them, and not everyone at the bar.
The smoking is obviously the biggest complaint. Whenever I know folks are or have been there, I tell them to change immediately & wash their hair. I have to do the same. The cigarette smell sticks so strong it stains the car seats & makes your dog sneeze.
Good thing about them is they have continuous entertainment, and it seems to be developing. Shout out to the person in charge of event programming.

Nikki is the best thing to happen to this place in a long time. She holds this place down. Bartender, therapist extraordinaire!! I literally would not be a regular here if it weren’t for Nikki. You’ll know you’ve got the best bartender by the hair braid 😉
