I'd spent time trying to find the right gym. Not sure what I wanted, nor if it existed. But I knew I needed guidance, a place that felt welcoming, attention to my health and progress and comfortable every time I entered. A friend told me about her gym, Fit Studio, and I met her there. I was hooked immediately. Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. You get personalized instructions and advice plus enough classes to choose from. I love this place and for the price.., nothing compares!!!!! I have a gym family.

There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am to have this place and these people. Not only have they helped me feel at home, comfortable, and stronger than I ever have in my life both physically and mentally...but they're also the reason going to the gym is a happy habit for me now. It's my favorite part about almost every day of the week anymore, when before I hadn't felt comfortable or happy to be in a gym ever! These people support you in every way you could ask for. If you're looking for a family feel, Give Fit Studio a shot. We all can't wait to meet you!

Great gym with great people! You can't beat the atmosphere at Fit Studio.
The workouts fit everyone regardless of fitness level. The trainers will help you modify your workout to build your weaker parts and always encourage you to do your best.

Fit Studio is absolutely my favorite gym that I have ever been apart of. The staff is so knowledgeable, personable and encouraging. The coaches know everyone by name and make you feel welcome from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
The workouts are different everyday and never just the same ‘routine’. Each day is something new and challenging so you will never get bored!

There are tons of options for fitness in our area. I've tried several. I finally had to be honest with myself about my needs and what works for me. I have been with Fit Studio for 3+ years now. (I can't believe that number myself!) I need the professional instruction, the accountability, and the competitiveness of a group structure. (Plus the groups have some of the greatest people that I now call friends.) I'm 54 years old, have lost 45 pounds and am able to move better and enjoy more physical activities than I did in my 30's. I am proud of how I feel, look, and this motivates me in life. It's not an easy work out and it's not cheap but it is a good value. I have decided that I am worth the investment. Life is so much more fun when one is fit enough that opportunities aren't limited!
