Took my vehicle here to get my some work done sloppy job really my hood doesn’t line up anymore, aftermarket parts where used like the headlight and bumper even though it’s a 2017. Have a half inch difference in gaps on the hood between the passenger side and driver side. the fresh paint on the bumper they laid already chipped. They didn’t hook back up my mirrors on the passenger side after taking that door off to fix a dent. After all that I still have to take it back to get more parts on it they left out from the beginning but told me the vehicle was ready to take back 🤦🏻♂️ idk really poor job

If you want open, honest and clear communication, this is not the shop for you. If you want to be treated like you matter, this is not the shop for you. If you want your car back in a relatively understandable time frame, this is not the shop for you. The body work done was done well but... I was given my car with a code thrown, Not their problem apparently. Oh and just icing on the cake, they tried to overcharge me 50 bucks when I finally did get to go pick my car up. Very disappointed in the service given by this certified Honda shop. What a class act!

Absolutely amazing work and extremely helpful and friendly staff, I will definitely be taking my other three cars to them for any repairs, great great company to deal with. They worked on my 2012 mustang and it's in better condition than when I drove it off the lot. Highly recommend

If you care about how your vehicle will look once it’s back from repair, do not choose this shop. Customer service is a joke, communication is non existent. You have to constantly keep calling to get someone on the phone. My insurance tried calling them several times and they did not once get someone to answer the phone. They held my car until end of the day to be picked up, found issues with the repair and there was only one person left for me to talk to. It’s been 4 days and I have yet to get a call about the issues. The fender flare was broken/cut, repainted and then placed back on my 2023 4Runner. You could see the double sided tape all around the flare. Then to find out the next day the smart touch wouldn’t work on my door either. Needless to say, I will never use this shop again. They do not care about what shape they deliver vehicles back to their customers. Such a shame to trust someone to repair something so expensive and it comes out looking terrible.

After hitting a deer, insurance suggested this collision center for our repairs. I’m sure operating a collision center can be very busy, however, communication was extremely lacking; multiple times on different days, I attempted to call the shop without anyone answering. During the repairs, which took about a month due to the parts being on back order, nobody at the shop ever reached out to give an update, however, when the vehicle was complete, the body work looked like the vehicle had never been in an accident. Aside from lack of communication, everything else was very well.
