Joe Hudson’s Collision handled repairs to my 2020 Honda Accord Sport promptly. The rear bumper was struck by another vehicle and the repair was minor, but it was addressed with the utmost care, and their customer service representative kept me informed from beginning to end. They efficiently handled the insurance claim and managed rental car arrangements, even accepting the rental when I returned it, preventing me from having to arrange to be picked up at the rental company. It’s the most complete collision repair service I’ve experienced. I recommend Joe Hudson’s to anyone in need of collision repairs.

I had a scrape with some small dents on my car. I made an appointment to get an estimate and a very nice man rubbed some solvent on it and cleaned it up for free! It looks 1000x better. I can’t review their actual repair services, but I do think they would do right by you at the very least. Super nice people.

Great professional, friendly detailed communication from the initial estimate to completion. Completed all the paperwork related to my insurance claim, communicated w text messages for updates and status. Excellent workmanship and body repair. Kelly answered all my questions and concerns to provided a smooth, reassuring process.
I've used another local collision center, and did not receive the personal individual service I felt with Hudson.... Highly recommend!

The service we received from Joe Hudson’s in Burlington, NC & Cave Spring, Roanoke, VA was excellent & far exceeded our expectations. Communications were timely, courteous and professional every step of the way. When the vehicle was returned home & the repair was completed, our jeep was clean and ready to drive home- they even returned our rental suv. Thank you Joe Hudson’s!
