I was truly impressed with the care I received from the hospital and staff. Karen, Belinda, Zach, Kevin and Paula were fantastic. Their warm, caring and friendly personalities were very soothing during my first day and at night. Thank you team for your outstanding service to your patients.

Nurses under staffed takes forever for them to answer a page . Late on medication even if you get your daily meds. Dr. Kolongo horrible Dr no bedside manner and doesn't care about patients. Food horrible no menu choices. I pushed nurses button never answered on 5th floor had bedside toilets store in shower 4 of them bathroom dirty,dirty blankets and underwear on chairs. Disgusting rooms!!!!!! Told I'd have CPAP machine arrived at 3 am. So I would go elsewhere, if you have a choice. 1 star was generous more like half of a star overall. This is room and the shower

Missy, Bethany and the rest of the crew down at the LG infusion center have always been nothing less than stellar in their performance. For some folks, getting blood drawn can be a bit scary (I'm used to it...plus they're so good you won't feel a thing) But these ladies will put you right at ease and make sure you're comfortable and in need of nothing while you're there. Too cold? They got blankets, run warm like me? They got fans. Thirsty or need a snack? They got us covered!!
They always do their best to make your short stay as pleasant as possible -starting with Missy's welcoming smile and her ability to try her darndest and make an appointment time work for you - over to the ladies who draw the blood, making for great conversations while you're doing your thing. I would 100% recommend this crew to anyone in need of any of the Infusion centers various services.
Thanks to my friends at Lewis Gale Infusion center for always making my day a bit brighter.

I wanted to give a huge thanks for the staff in the ED department for taking such good care of my child over the weekend! Working in healthcare is one thing , but it’s a whole different ball game when it’s your child or family member! Even with the long wait , they were attentive to not only my child needs but mines as well! They kept me in the loop and updated on the the whole process ! The Doctor, Resident & Nurses we’re so good to us !

The technicians and nurses were well trained and professional. The team knew how to handle "glitches" that arose. It is cold in radiology, and my cardiac stress tests took about 4 hours. The team did initially cover me with a warm blanket. I received several texts prior to the appointment detailing where to go and what to expect. I received a call the following day from my provider's office advising me of the results. I wore loose clothes as instructed, just needed to be warned to wear warmer ones!
