What impressed me most was how they managed to squeeze me in despite being absolutely swamped with customers. Rather than turning me away, they took the time to run a comprehensive diagnostic on my vehicle—completely FREE of charge! This alone saved me hundreds of dollars that other shops would have billed without thinking twice.
The repairs themselves were handled efficiently and effectively. My car issues, which had been causing me stress for weeks, were resolved with seemingly minimal effort on their part—a testament to their expertise and experience.

We were in the midst of a 12-hour long holiday road trip when our power steering belt unexpectedly snapped on I-81. We luckily made it off the highway and began frantically calling local repair shops for assistance. Being a late Sunday afternoon, our chances of finding someone open looked grim… until Peters Creek Automotive came to the rescue. Even though their staff was already headed home for the day, they didn’t hesitate to open the shop back up for us.
