Great dental group! I Met the owner today, as he did an Invisalign consultation with me! He gave me good information as well as did the office staffer assist me to determine which of the (3) plans best suited my financial capabilities! Amy, dental hygienist is a jewel too!

I haven't been to a dentist since 2019 (COVID and my previous primary has since retired). After a piece of one of my molars broke around Christmastime, I needed to find a new dentist ASAP. After searching through several offices, I chose this one and I'm so glad I did. My first positive interaction was with the ladies at the front desk, who got back to me quickly for my issue.
Between Dr. Traci and Emily, I was able to get my broken molar resolved with a crown. I never had one before but they both were able to set my nervousness at ease. They were very professional and the turnaround time from temporary to permanent was quick! This is when I decided for sure that this was the place I wanted to keep up with my routine dental care because I was so pleased with the results and how Dr. Traci and Emily handled everything thus far.
Which leads me to today - I had my first cleaning in a few years and was set up with Amy. I warned that I had some sensitivity and she said she'll be gentle -- and she kept to her word! She is the first dental hygienist that I've never flinched in the chair with because of pain or sensitivity from tools poking at my gums or teeth. Her fun (but still professional!) personality made time fly and made the experience even better and I look forward to my next cleaning!
Thank you, Roanoke Dental Center, for everything so far. I know we still have some more work coming up but I know that I'm in excellent hands. :)

I can’t say enough great things about Roanoke Dental Center! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome and cared for. They are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to ensure every visit is smooth and stress-free.
The dentists are absolutely phenomenal—personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. They take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and their attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve always felt like more than just a patient here; they treat you like family.

Dr. Traci and his staff are very polite and professional, it's always a joy. People say, how they despise going to the dentist, I have only felt comfortable and at ease, whether it be the dental work itself or dealing with the financial aspect, I've always been relaxed and able to communicate with everyone and have been put at ease. Thank you all, I have recommended them to my inlaws and will soon make an appointment for my husband.
