Just paid $55.99 and just the outside and floor mats seemed to be cleaned. Inside was still dusty and had trash still left. My kids fingerprints were still on the inside windows. When we pulled up and there was multiple people detailing outside but when we received our gmc there was only 1 guy doing it. He was nice but outside had water droplets and inside was a big problem. For getting the most bang for our buck we were lacking. I guess convince wasn't in our favor today. If we hadn't had to run for an appointment I would have ask to talk to a manager! Also we did not have any fragrance left in the car.

2/26 is the day I went in for the “managers special” the day after I got my windshield replaced so it was messy due to that and the rest of the car just needed some detailing. I was there for almost 2 hours. They did not wipe down the dash, clean part of the middle console area EXPECT the cup holders that had some chocolate in it. My back seat was still dirty not even touched and there was still mud on the inside of the car. The trunk was vacuumed but never wiped offf when I got home there was still soap in the lining but nothing was ever touched. Out of 4 tires only 1 received an actual detail and tire shine. 2 looked as if they were touched up but not perfect and no shine. And 1 tired I don’t know what happened…. Maybe the kid working was ready to go home since 2 was creeping up and he just forget it. For a little over $30 I wasn’t expecting 100% but for 2 hours worth of “work” I expected better. I personally wouldn’t recommend. Maybe it’s easier for them to clean small cars.

took my car here for wash. go the managers special. car was not clean, spots missed. they scratched the paint on my driver's side door when trying to touch up what i showed them they missed. said it was road damage. windows and glass were not cleaned good. manager seemed more concerned about cleaning his own car than fixing the problem. hopefully i can get someone to buff out the scratches from the dirty rags they used.

I’ve noticed that they’ve changed their policy and no longer offer interior detailing, even with the highest package like the manager special. This seems to be different from what it used to be a few months ago. It feels a bit like the experience at other self-service franchises. I wanted to share this so others can consider their options!

I worked at sunnybrook auto spa a few years ago before it was bought out by ultimate shine. Just went here and ordered the silver package and planned to clean it myself because the previous owners allowed it, but that's not allowed now. They should've let me do my own car because I know how to clean a car and they did a horrible job. Had to go over my rims, mirrors, door jams, dashboard and steering wheel, and windshield myself because all of that was still dirty and half done. They also sprayed something on the inside that messed up my steering wheel cover and had to throw it away. Won't be coming back
