This is a nice place. It's relatively cheap, very quick service and does a great job getting your vehicles clean. The free vacuums are a very nice touch that makes a $12 car wash worth it. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Service seems to get worse every visit. The guys at the entrance half the time doesn't pressure wash the tires, the rear attendent half way cleans, leaving the rear of my car a spotty embarrassing mess. For the $73 we pay for 3 cars unlimited plans, I just expect more. I could make a list, but you get the idea. It only gets 2 stars because of its convenience.

I have had mostly good experiences here. However the last few times I have gone and I do not go often, the cleaning rags smell unbelievably bad like they are washed but not washed with a chemical that can actually get them clean. They smell like they've been sitting in water for months, giving off an extremely mildewy smell and it could easily be remedied by bleach in the wash cycle for these rags. It would be awesome if somebody had the wherewithal to understand how awful these Rags smell and how they time and time again have made the interior and or exterior of my car smell mildewy an unclean. It's quite an easy solution.

On busy days the Rocky Mount Va car wash only works one person and you end up sitting in line for 20-30 minutes. Cars waiting in line go all the way out into the road. Not fair to the employee who is struggling to keep up.

It don't clean the rims at all.and I pay 30.00 some dollars a month and I don't think you get what we pay for.we set out watched and every car got the same as we did.
