This is a nice place. It's relatively cheap, very quick service and does a great job getting your vehicles clean. The free vacuums are a very nice touch that makes a $12 car wash worth it. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

I have had mostly good experiences here. However the last few times I have gone and I do not go often, the cleaning rags smell unbelievably bad like they are washed but not washed with a chemical that can actually get them clean. They smell like they've been sitting in water for months, giving off an extremely mildewy smell and it could easily be remedied by bleach in the wash cycle for these rags. It would be awesome if somebody had the wherewithal to understand how awful these Rags smell and how they time and time again have made the interior and or exterior of my car smell mildewy an unclean. It's quite an easy solution.

Car wash is well maintained- always working. Staff is always helpful. Steven jumped right in to help me with removing bug residue. That was unexpected and very nice.
Hands down! The best Car Wash EVER!!! It’s well worth the monthly membership!

Ultimate Shine Car Wash in Rocky Mount, VA was a great car wash during their first year or so of operation. We have noticed that their equipment and service has been going down hill since being sold to a larger company.
Recently, we find that many of the brushes and rinse cycles haven't been working. Today as we went through there were three brushes not working and the main overhead power wash rinse cycle wasn't working either.
I have had three cars on Ultimate Shine's monthly wash plan almost since the day they opened up. We have also referred several of our friends who now have monthly car wash memberships with Ultimate Shine. At this point we are considering the cancellation of our membership and cannot in good conscience refer anyone to them.

No automatic car wash is perfect. Employees could do a little better scrubbing at the beginning. I find it best just to go often and in the mornings. The vacuums and towels are worth it alone with two toddlers.
